of course, looking back, i kinda wish i would've kept it now. the thing that bugged me the most on that guitar was that the whole thing was black, but on the "strat" script logo, they underlined it in hot pink. how "not metal" can you get? neon colors were big in the 80's, but it was so outta place on that guitar

In the 80s Fender came out the Fender HM Strat, and HM stands for Heavy Metal. It's basically like all of the Ibanez and Jackson super strats.

well i had a rockfield fattass humbucker installed on mine it also has switches that allow me to have the bridge (the rockfield) and neck on at the same time and if the selector switch is in any of it's middle positions i can have all the pickups on at the same time. i can also make the humbucker sound like a single coil and let me tell you you would'nt belive the metel sounds i can get outa that $@!&#*

of the current models, most likely it would be some type of HSS strat because of the humbucking capabilities to get the more metal sounding tone, but thats not to say that the single coils and the right amp and pedal won't give it to you, i get plenty of metal tones from all singles

i think it would be great to get a Hello Kitty and put either a fernandes sustainer pup or some EMGs in it and play a big gig... that would be very funny, and heres a good review on the site:

I have been playing for over 25 years now and at first was skeptical but after was forced to pick this thing up I never put it down again. This guitar has my Gibson Custom Shop Jimmy Page Les Paul Black Beauty jelose. You can play any form of music with this killer axe. I play Hard rock, Classic Rock, Punk, Alt., Death Metal and forms of jazz, blues, and ska. This guitar was even modified by guitar legends like Slash, Jimmy Page, Richie Sambora, Steve Vai, and Joe Satriani. They did an amazing job. I mean think about it, a professional guitar for this price? Thats just insane. I totally reccomend this guitar especially if your into bands like Nickelback, Bon Jovi, Three Days Grace, Pink Floyd, and AC/DC. This is the greatest guitar ever!
