Does anyone know where the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Strat electronics, especially the capacitors, may be purchased? I can't find a schematic or parts list anywhere at Fender.com.

Just to guess, I'd think the electronics are the same as any other strat with exception to different custom voiced pickups.

The tone cap is .1, the bridge pup is wired for tone control. I don't know of any published spec on the pups, but John at Benson Custom wound me a set for my DIY KWS Partscaster. He nailed the tone!

last time i re built mine its was fairly standard wiring, as said above it just has the tone mod and basically overwound texas specials
