Anyone know what pickups are in a 2008 standard strat, MIM of course.

I'm thinking they are AlNiCo V pickups, only because that tends to be the standard magnet used by so many manufacturers; most of the Custom Shop magnets from Fender use AlNiCo V.

from me all MIM Standard have Ceramic magnets. My ´04 have ceramics.

Only the MIM Classic Series, the MIM Classic Players, the MIM Roadworns, and the MIM artist signature Strats get the alnico's.
