I know we all like 'em, but we have to admit there are some ugly ones aren't there?!

Any suggestions??

I vote...... American Standard HSS (Black + Rosewood)

I just think it's too colourless!!

Strats with Humbuckers in the bridge and Neck position :s...... to be that kinda beats the purpose of having a strat..... although.... If you already had a few normal strats it'd be a nice thing :) ..... but if that was the only strat you owned :S

I think my 03 American HSS sienna burst is so ugly it could make a train take a dirt road. But i love the way it plays and sounds, Took me a long time to bond with this guitar.

For me, covering up a Strat with a bunch of stickers would make it the ugliest Strat ever. I understand some would disagree.

Oh, I'm in full agreement there. (But something like...an Ibanez, Washburn, or BC Rich? Ahhh...that's another story altogether!!)

oh man, there are a ton of ugly strats. the splatter painted ones, the obey series ones, the tye dye ones, and my least favorite are the deluxes with the gold pickguards. I just think they look awful. Gold pickguards might look cool if the guitar was gold. but pearl pickguards look just as cool on gold.

Hello Ed and All,

Burned or scorched areas on a guitar turn me off.

Cheers

Stickers on a Strat should be punishable.

If your putting stickers on Strats your either too young to appreciate it, or you didn`t buy it with your own money.
