So even if I do find a single one for sale on Ebay it's going to be a 50-50 chance that it's the one I need anyway so I might as well go for a new set.

I say go for the whole set, but we do as our wallets dictate. By the way the set I bought off Amazon ($43.18) is the polished chrome set not satin finish. I think you'll be pleased with the look and quality.

I also see individual locking tuners for sale on Ebay. Usually sellers say whether the capstan height is for e-B-G strings or D-A-E, but if not you could always ask. The photo can be a clue, too.
