Really old Vietnamese, or Philipino copy Caleb. There's a guy named Vince in Australia who might like this one...

Looks like an old Vietnamese copy. Why in the world is the headstock cut in half.... What a mess.

+1!

And as we were fond of saying in The Nam......

Numbah fawkeeng tien, gee-aye!

Definitely a POS!

That ain't nothing that Fender makes or has ever made. How that bizarre bridge got the Fender name on it is beyond me. Fake, fake, fake, FAKE!!

Its a worthless copy guitar.... Might look great hanging on a wall. The neck is mahogany with a rosewood fretboard.

Clues to being fake and therefore worthless:
Open Machine Tuners (exposed gears)
Screwbolt type saddle on the bridge. (Very similar to early telecasters which were in three pieces.
Tremolo is similar Jaguar, but never on a Stratocaster
Fender has always used a three or position blade selector, never a toggle Mahogany has never been a Fender guitar wood, always maple.

Yes I also guess this is fake, and probably assembled by someone else.
But the design of bridge is very interesting, how to adjust the octave?

If this is fake and assembled, I think maybe that's why I never heard the tone ever. lol

Thanks everyone!
