Okay, based on the photos that is a modded 1983-84 Standard Strat. It's a matter of semantics, but personally I only call the 1982 Strats (with the smaller headstock, 4-bolt necks but still standard Strat construction) as "Smith Strats" to differentiate them from the 2-knob models which I call "Standard Strats". Technically both guitars were called "Standard Stratocasters" and both redesigns were overseen by Dan Smith so they are "Dan Smith Era".

Okay, back to the guitar you're looking at - it was originally a 2-knob model; you can see it has the "Free Flyte" trem on it. Somewhere down the line someone routed the body for the typical Strat angled jack plate. There is some type of single coil sized humbucker in the bridge position (probably a Duncan "Hot Rail" or "Cool Rail" - I can't blow the photo up large enough to read the logo) and a mini-toggle was added where the output originally was on the pickguard (where the 2nd tone control would be on a "typical" Strat). The color looks kind of odd - it could be really faded, it could just be the photo, or it could have been refinished somewhere down the line.

Thank you very much John. Its very helpful.
So here we have a standard stratocaster redesigned by Dan Smith. I agree with you. I'd say that only 1982 Strats are "Smith Strats" but as you said some people call this guitar a Smith Strat version II. I agree, It's a matter of semantics.
The reason I was looking for some help is 'cause this guitar has been modded and didn't know exactly what was changed from the original version.
Thanks again.

(I dont know if there is something more to underline about this guitar I'm gonna buy)
