Can i change my American series saddles for those vintage ones? I don't like those new type of saddles.

Yes you can, it is a direct replacement, no modification necessary. Your first picture shows saddles with the offset intonation adjust screws, so they must be replaced with offset screw types. Same for those with the screw in the middle, replace with similar screw arrangement saddles. Saddles made for the narrow string spacing will be more narrow than the saddles made for the wider string spacing, make sure to get the correct width saddles for your replacements.

Callaham, for one, offers both the offset screw, and center screw saddles, in both narrow and wide string spacing sizes of the bent steel type. I also prefer the bent steel saddles, and further, the ones with elongated holes for the strings to pass through. The Callaham site has lots of info to help you pick the correct size saddles. I have used Callaham parts quite a bit, and I'm a fan. :idea:
