Yep, that's as close as it can be with a 6-screw trem. I guess that since we now know the "secret" we can ditch the Floyd Rose.

oh no, i still love the floyd. you can throw one of those things down the stairs, and itll still be in tune. however, i am most likely going with a wilkinson 2 post and a roller nut for this strat in the near future.

Good idea, the two-point is much better, and with the roller nut even better. Maybe add some locking tuners and you'll give the FR a run for its money (close anyway).

That's pretty much it. Only thing I can add is locking tuners. My strat stays in tune in to an almost ubelievable degree. I play for a few hours, bending 2 steps constantly. I use the trem alot, but I dont dive bomb or anything, though every once in a while, but more in a toung in cheek way. But after i check my tuning, and if any strings are out, they're out by a minimal amount. Plus when I pick it up after not playing it for days; all i have to do is noodle around on it for 5 minutes or so, to warm it, and myself up. and when i plug in, its back in tune.
But the properly cut nut, well setup trem are the most important. Locking tuners definitely help, but I use them for the added mass, as well as the ease of restringing them more than tuning stablity. My ES335, LP, and PRS dont have locking tuners, and while they dont have a trem, i play them no different than my strat, and they stay in tune just as well.
