So what is this thread about? The American Standard or Skynyrd vs. ZZ Top? Can't compare the two bands really, they do different stuff. ZZ is Texas blues/shuffle and Skynyrd is country rock.

At least the names of the bands were spelled correctly.

I can't say that much about the guitar model he mentioned.

You guys are having WAY too much fun here without me :(

Hey, stratboy14, it was our old friend Strataholic who spelled "Leonard Skinnerd" as a VERY obvious joke, not me :!:

Admit it, stratboy14, you are actually a 45 year old aerospace engineer having a good laugh at all of us Fender loving geezers.

you're not really accomplishing anything..... no one is going to take you seriously if you use bad grammar and capitalize everything, it makes you sound immature.... just join in normal discussion with the rest of us.... if someone says something you don't like, shake it off, its the internet, nothing serious or anything

YOu've been playing for 3 years and you're in a band with 3 albums out? Wow, very impressive. Where do you guys play gigs? What do you play in the band? What are the album titles?
