I haven't used my tremolo in ages, because it flops around in the hole. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Put some of that teflon plumbers tape around the threads before you screw it in.

The tape works, but you can also buy a spring that drops into the arm hole before you screw the arm in. This will put tension on the arm and hold it in place. Buy a lot as they will fall out unless you put something sticky (Vaseline or tooth paste)on them to hold them in place.

If it's the right kind, you can put ta little Spring in Arm Hole

If it's not the right kind of tremelo, it comes right out the back.
