Went pawn shopping yesterday. Went 2 the one where I almost got an '83 Elite for $350. They had a LPB Mexican Powerhouse Strat they didn't know what it was. Rosewood fingerboard ... MINT condition...MOTO pickguard. It was an early one that lacked the "push button" battery compartment. Put it in layaway for $350. Looks exactly like the one on Ebay (item #140581241962) but the paint on mine is purrfect. Eat ur hearts out my brothers!

I paid $325 for mine (Caramel Metallic, with rosewood furniture).

They're nice guitars once the junk is replaced.
