Looks like Fender doesn't offer that particular model in a LH version.

There are a few options to get one very similar in a LH version. If you want a neck/guitar exactly like that (RW, 12 inch radius, truss adjust at body end) in a LH version, the Custom Shop (CS) could certainly do it. If you don't care about the radius and truss adjust location, an Am Std (9.5 inch radius) LH with a pickup change to the CS 69's might be as close as you could get "off the shelf".
