First of all - sorry for my English)
So, I have Fender Standard Stratocaster 1996 MIM.
The Fender logo is OK and serial number is also OK, but look at the bridge (tremolo) it is not standard Mexican bridge!
Is it possible that somebody changed the neck and I have Fender neck and Squier body???

Hi Doktor, I can't say that I know for sure, but that could be an after market bridge. Also, MIMs don't come stock w/a roller nut. I have an MIM strat w/the same midnight wine color. It's definitely not a stock MIM, but those look to me like upgrades. But let somebody w/more experience chime in here, I could be wrong. Looks like a nice guitar to me.

In the end, the only 2 questions that really matter are:
How does it play?
How does it sound?

If the answer to both of these questions is "GREAT" the rest is just fun stuff to chat about on guitar forums. It's really all about how they play and how they sound.

Did you pull the neck and look at the heel and neck pocket ? or the body cavity

+1!

It looks like a nice guitar to me -- the skillfully-installed upgrades are merely icing on the cake.

Rawk On!

Plug it into a good amp, crank it to "ten", bust off the knob, and WAIL.

If what you hear puts a smile on you face then everything is "OK".

Its easy to tell. If it's heavier than other MIM Strats, than it's Squier STANDARD agathis body, and if it is... Im afraid that you've been screwed.

p.s.
also can be Squier with a normal weight,
Afinity or Bullet,
so best way is to remove th neck and check

but if it is Standard, you'll instantly know
