The Powerhouse has 12dB of boost instead of 25 because of the resistors.

I've read that you can "unlock" the full 25dB boost by clipping 'em.

This is true, I've done it. . .

I feel your pain, first time I wired mine up it didnt' work. Turns out I left off soldering one wire. . .

I don't really follow what your asking, but, really, if you look at nikininja first link to the actual Fender wiring diagram, that really should do it. Just be patient and go from pot to pot, pickup to pickup and wire it the same. (As I type this, I notice that the "YLW" label below the center pickup seems to be in error, might ought to be white.)

If you can attach a pic where you're stuck, might help. . .

ok i will try to explain better, if you look at the pic that ive posted up you can see the original wires to the vol [ white with blue mark ] and tone pot [same] i dont have an s1 pot just the 50k 3 terminal type as in the pic. on the vol pot there is a green wire from the mbx pcb the white is above, on the original pot this was in where the green is now does this go in with the green wire ? now if you see the tone pot with the capassitor on does this go to the new pot in the same position and do i fit the cap as it is on the pot shown as it doesnt appear to be on any off the diagrams for the mbx am i exsplaining myself ok ?

Aren't you replacing the 5 way switch?

And honestly, your high school English teacher would hang herself. Punctuation and capitalization would certainly help a bit here. . .
