thanks for all your help guys! i actually didn't go for this one in the end. It all seemed legit but without the case and certificate thought it would be best to stay away.

You won't believe it but ended up getting a 2008 CS 60's closet strat, brand new with certificate. It hasn't sold for a while and got it for under $1800!!!!

This is the same guitar but with a slight aged feel without being a relic. They say played a few times but looked after.

Anyone else had/got a strat with a 7.25 radius. Played one in a hop and got along well with it. Just seems the ideal radius is 9.5

I do, my CS 65 neck has a 7.25 radius and I find it more comfortable than the modern radius.

when your bending up high does it fret out?

Nope not really. Mine has an excellent setup. With a 7.25 Radius its all about the setup with the guitar

No paperwork= No go for me...just sayin'. It's like oh hey I just got this amazing Custom shop Fender in today, let me just disregard the COA and such....

It's harder to bend and blay leads with the 7.25 Radius, but with a little effort it's worth it.
