Greetings Everyone,
On Fathers day I received (actually got the okay from the Mr's) to get the Start that I've been eying for some time now. I purchased a American Deluxe Strat Olympic Pearl. For a very long time I've wanted a Strat but just couldn't get the cash together. My wife was like, You have a Ric 620, a Taylor 614ce, Epi Les Paul, why do you need another guitar? My answer was if you don't know I can't explain. Anyway just want to say hello to everyone, and say it's really, really nice to be a Strat owner!!!

Welcome to the Forum and to the Fender family. My wife is the same way. I have 5 guitars now, and I am to the point now I have to give one up to get another. 5 is her limit for guitars in the house.

Just be thankful and tell her you love her every chance you get. At least she allows you to induldge in guitar stuff.

Well I really wouldn't want that to happen so here is a pic of my new Strat with my Ric 620-6. My Rivera 55-12 and Marshall As100D along with a few pedals are in the shot....

I explain to my wife that as men, we need a hobby.
For me it's playing guitar and working on them, and
A very small but still collecting guitars.
