I hope it is ok to ask a question here... I am wanting to buy a '57 Vintage ReIssue Strat... The specs say "V" neck... Is it a soft , med , or hard V ? THANKS !!!

Very pronounced is a more accurate term than hard. The 57 Hot rod has a more comfortable neck to it in my opinion. Or the Clapton. Both are variations on the V shape.

I'd call the neck on my '57 RI a soft V,you really only notice it closer to the head,it becomes more rounded as it runs toward the body.
I don't know if different year model '57 necks have changed or not.
