On the paper of an stratocaster american deluxe, we can read:
tune/test: H.S.
Prep: SM

What is it?

By "paper" I'm assuming it's some type of tag or checklist that came with the guitar.

H.S. would be the initials of the Fender employee who tuned and tested the guitar. I'm not sure what Fender means by "Prep"; however, SM would be the initials of the Fender employee who performed that task.
