Glad to see this. Mark had accumulated too much great info on his site to have it lost forever. Thanks to his friends and family for putting it up again! :)

It is indeed great to see this site backup. Sorry to hear about Mark's passing and he will be missed. Mark was a big part of this site but I hope it will continue to be the great site it always was.

Indeed.

An invaluable resource for all Strat fans.

A cool feature is "Strats by Year"; a link from the Home page. It gives you the various features by year; from the 50's to the 80's.

Just wanted to let you know I did talk with Paul at the kliknshop who was a friend with Mark who authored this site some time back He now has it up and running again. He plans on borrowing some info from my site on the Strat Plus guitars again to, with credit as well.

Xhefri while looking at the strat plus section of Strat Collector earlier today I notices that a lot of that section looked just like your site but at the end it did mention to go to your site for additional info.

Thanks db0967 for pointing this out. There is credit there but a bit hard to see as this is what is at the bottom of that page:

"*The above article and images are © Jeff Reich and are presented here with the author's express permission. For more Strat Plus and similar model information, please visit www.xhefriguitars.com.

I did tell Paul he need to update the info as some of it is not right. It came from my site back when it was first made and some items were not as accurate as they are today.

We were talking about longevity, and those less fortunate to not be able to enjoy it.

Cool!

Speaking of favorites, do you ever watch/hear a youtube clip that you'd like to save as an mp3? This browser based app makes it happen :

http://www.youtube-mp3.org/

Enjoy!!!
