Another vote here for the Boss Fender collaboration FRV1.

I have 3 reverb pedals (Digitech and EHX Holy Grail), but this - admittedly digital - FRV1 is the canine's reproductive organs. Lovely bit of kit. Sorry about the budget..

Good luck for ten bucks. That ain't gonna happen and you can bet it would be a worn-out piece of junk for that price. Save your money and get the '65 Fender Spring Reverb pedal that Boss puts out. They retail for about $150, but you can usually get it at a discount price at most music stores. I've heard demos of this pedal producing just the sound that you're looking for.
