Are all the noiseless pickups actually stacked single coils?

Welcome.

"Noiseless" is Fender's name for their stacked, single coil humbuckers.

I've been wondering too.... Do they make ceramic "noiseless" PU's? btw. SCN's rock!

That's what's in your SCNs. They are also in the Hot Noiseless pickups.

Most are. The Seymour Duncan Duckbucker may be one of the exceptions. Also Lindy Fralin makes a Strat pickup that uses two rails, but not side by side.
