Strat odd neck stamp number?

Hi there, can anyone help me with understanding my neck stamp? There's an "x" in it which I can't find a reference to online, and surely the month can't be 45??

I think there's a vertical line separating the model code (09) from the rest of the digits but it could be a 1? So...

09 2X4585 or
09 I 2X4585

Does anybody know how I can decode this?
