Looks ok to me. Not familiar with that series. The COA looks right, the guitar looks to be in good condition.
You'd be better off asking in the Custom Shop sections of the forums. Thats a unusual colour, could easily be worth more than $1500. Given it's age and the fact they are not a common guitar, the value of it could well be rising

Basically a CS version of an American Standard Strat; it seems like those sparkle finishes go for a bit more than say a black or sunburst. I think these had CS Texas Special pickups. $1,500 is a reasonable value on these; I haven't seen on in quite a while but it seems like they've gone for anywhere between $1,300 and $1,600 over the years. Of course, like anything with an odd color it could go for that or it could be hard to sell.

Just called fender and they checked the SN, IT IS a Classic Custom Shop Stratocaster, so I will go for it.
