I get guitar withdrawal too if I go a few days without-it really has that addictive property.I went to Graceland a back in 1987 and it was like a religious experience,to be able to stand on the same floors that the King walked on was just incredible.IT broke my heart to see all his beautiful guitars just hanging there not being played. The sight of seeing these guitars just hanging there gathering dust bothered me so much that I asked the tour guide if the were ever played and she assured me that some of Elvis's trusted friends still had access to the guitars and kept then tuned up and playable.

Ah man I have been getting that a lot lately. I have school from early morning till 3 and then work till 8 and soon I'm going away for college again and have to keep quiet so I won't disturb others in their dorms. How will I be able to survive without being able to jam in my dorm room?

I use a zoom pedal and headphones in the office and and even the grumpy bugger opposite me can't complain, although I suspect he would like to :D

see here>
http://www.zoom.co.jp/products/g2nu

Then when you are home or if you have a laptop you can plug it into that as well and play along to your music.

You could also use it for its main purpose as an effects pedal  just dont' stop playing.

Graceland and Sun Studios are very cool places, IMO.

If it's around and I just feel like not playing, I don't miss it--but when it's not around to ignore--I miss it.

So get yourself a Ministar and a headphone or mini-Marshall/Fender amp and take it with you. Ministars are very inexpensive and play surprisingly well (Yeah, I know, it's kind of like a bear being the best dancer in the zoo...it's not how well he dances but that he dances at all). Best thing how small it packs yet still gives you a full size neck. Travelers are better guitars but a little bigger and heavier.

LOL!

My Ministar Rokstar is more an axe-handle than an axe! It's basically an extended neck you can attach a few bits of metal to for the strap or to lean on. The P-90 sticks out 1/2" on either side!

Don't like Camaros, don't like Chevies, even.

But that car is drop-dead gorgeous! It could even tempt an anti-GM guy like me!
