When i'm trying to build my dream guitar i can only make a strat, is it possible to make a tele or anything else? If so how :?:

Maybe they'll add Teles, but for now it's Strats--I'd like to see other Fender models as well.

Give them time.

I would be very happy if Fender add more options such as the 22 frets on the fretboard, new pickups and hardware, as well as abalone as material for the dots - not to mention Precisions, Jazzes and other Fender basses in their various forms and guises, including the 21 and 22-fret models ranging from the Boner to the more recent USA Deluxe series.

there are WAY BETTER strat builders online that the fender builder can't compete with it's not even worth making a tele version... but if they went with a jazzmaster, jaguar, mustang, jazz bass (probably) ,jaguar bass, mustang bass or precision bass (definately) they would most likely be better than all the other online builders on these guitars...

oh why did musicman stop working on their builder? it was awesome

The guitar builder here at Fender.com is totally worthless. You cannot buy anything that you build with it unless it is a Custom Shop Masterbuilt guitar. Unless what you build matches a current Fender model it serves no purpose. I don't know why they even bothered with it. :(

If you can't buy what you build, what good is it? Maybe a few minutes diversion out of a boring day, but after that?

i find them quite enjoyable but not the one fender has... i think it's quite fun to make a custom instrument online and that way you could get a good way of knowing if one your about to make looks good or not
