Just wanta introduce myself. My name is Larry and I have played guitar since the mid-1970's. I've owned a half-dozen Strats over the years and once owned an original 1974 Strat. But, like the young fool I was then, I sold or traded it (don't remember which). Wish I had that guitar back now, but . . .

My current Strat is an American Special HSS, with that hot humbucker in the bridge position and I play it through either my new G-DEC 30 amp, or my Blues Jr., which I bought new in 1999. I also play through my Roland Cube Street amp, since it is light and easier to lug around, if I play away from home, jamming with my friends.

Over the years, I've learned how to do most of my own maintenance and setups on my guitars, so maybe I can be of help to some of you in the future. And I know some of you can be a help to me, if I ever have a problem.

I like and play blues, classic rock, oldies pop, and even a little country.
