Welcome to the forum.

The easy way is to find a recommended & competent guitar tech to carry out a set up to your required standards.

The not-so-easy way is to invest your time in researching what's involved (the link Bill posted above is a good place to start) and a little cash to get a few handy tools like a set of feeler gauges etc. Its not easy to get the action low on a Strat without a bit of practice first.

Hope this helps

Andy

The easiest and non technical way is to lower the saddles till the strings touch the frets. Then gradually raise them a little at a time till the buzzing goes away. I tried the feeler gauges and recommended settings by fender. No way I can get the strings that low without buzzing.

Funny enough I went up to GC over the weekend to check out the setup on all the strats. It's possible I have a heavy hand but every strat up there buzzed when I played them.

I'd recommend playing around with it yourself before taking it to a tech. You can't break it. Just don't go crazy with the truss rod.

Do a complete setup as per advice above with the truss rod adjustment. Be aware that every guitar is different and some might not allow ultra low action due to the uneven frets, etc.

As far as easy goes, just use a nickel coin between your strings and the 17th fret for a height measure. Ajust your saddles to that measure, tune it up again and go play.
