Post subject: American Deluxe with "CE" on neck plate

Just purchased like new American Deluxe 2005. On the neck plate is a sticker with "CE". It seems to play hotter than my American Deluxe 60th Anniversary. Also, seems heavier. Question is what does the "CE" stand for?? Is there reason for it playing hotter?? I'm not complaining just curious.

The "CE" has no relevance in how your instrument performs. Here's a link which will answer your question on what it means though:
