Post subject: New Addition to the Strat Family

Okay, well it isn't another Strat but it is the latest addition to what was previously a Strat-only family -- 2010 ash-body Am Std Tele. As I posted in the Telecaster forum, I stopped in at the local Mom&Pop Fender dealer, looking for an SSS pickguard for the orange flake Strat. I'd been admiring the ash-body Am Std Tele in there for awhile but, this time, it was on sale and, well, it was a deal I couldn't refuse... So now I think I've satisfied my GAS for awhile... although a maple neck Tele would be nice....

Left to right, 2005 Am Deluxe, 2010 Am Std Tele, 2010 FSR Std Strat, 2006 CP '50s...
