Isn't it the 25th anniversary of the Clapton signature guitars soon (within a couple of years)?

Hope Fender so something special for the anniversary. It's such a iconic guitar for them.

To celebrate the EC Strat's 25th anniversary, I suggest Fender to make a special edition run of the guitar in tobacco sunburst with a set of Gold Lace pickups, both in regular and Custom Shop guises.



Eventually we can also reissue the rosewood-neck versions of the instrument.

Cookieman...awesome score...the EC's are great playing guitars and to get one in the fairly rare green

Chrome I like your idea...a sunburst EC would be great...come on Fender talk to EC and get him to agree on sunburst

Very cool strat,not really seen that colour on a strat before, it's pretty cool. I quite like the sound of the Clapton strat, not had the opportunity to try one for myself though. Definitely have to, seeing all these nice ones!
