That sounds like a wise decision getting rid of that heavy strat you certainly don't want to be busting your balls!!!! :lol:

That could be a good new topic for the forum, can anyone beat 16 lbs for a Ash bodied strat?

The guitar in the picture is a Squier SE a good beginners guitar. I hope you are enjoying playing your strat is it the model?

Yes I think it is, as it is also a Squire and the same colour, but does not say what model it is on my guitar.
