I've read a few comments about the pick guard on the srv bothering people. Let me just say this, this is an artist series guitar. It is your complete right as guitar owner to change the pick guard, however, remember the intention of the fender series......to honor the artist it was intended to mimic. I am hands down proud to carry the srv pick guard in stevies honor. All that I ask is that before you blast the pickguard, think about the tribute. I almost find it sad that one would remove it. Just my two cents.
