I just purchased a 60th annaversary Stratocaster, and it has the serial number on the back-side of the head of the neck is a serial number.Is there another one some where on the body ???

I don't think so; I think all you may find in the neck pocket are date stamps and part numbers for some imports (specifically MIJ/CIJ models)

With the serial number on the back of the headstock, where mine is, suppose you had some kinda accident where the neck had to be replaced?

All USA Strats since 1987 have the serial numbers on the headstock of the guitar (front up to 1995 and then on the back after that, unless it was a signature series or custom shop. Some vintage series had the serial number on the neck plate to look, well, "vintage."). The body can only be identified by a stamp inside the neck socket (if there is one, and most of the the time there is, if it is not smudged or stamped in a sloppy way so it can't be read.)
