In order to buy a Custom Shop Antigua Clapton I thought one had to donate $100k or something like that to the crossroads center. It would be weird to just sell it for just $5000. That's the only thing that bothers me other than they list the scale length as 22.5 instead of 25.5 >_> If it is legit though probably worth it o_O

We're all just advising caution. The people here tend to have a habit of looking out for each other, and with a lot of stuff we've seen we always like to err on the afe side.

fact is MOST people are honest, so most transactions are pretty much as advertised.

But there are enough dishonest people out there, that you can't really let your guard down on bigger transactions.

Nikininja's diligence saved him from a fraudulent early strat auction. (remember all the cloak and dagger on that thread?) It never hurts to cover your own tail.
