Hello
Recently I bought a Stratocaster Fender by second hand and I have some doubts that the old owner didn´t answered to me.
It has a serial number P903666.
It is made in USA.
With Floyd Rose.
Does anybody knows anything about this? How can I get the age of this strat?
If somebody could help me in some way, I thank you.

Serial numbers starting with a P have not been used on a USA-made Fender. They have been used on Fenders made in Japan twice:

1993-1994 - these should say "Made in Japan" on them somewhere.

1999-2002 - these should say "Crafted in Japan" on them somewhere

Fender has used two different companies to build the Japanese models; the first company used "Made in Japan"; the second company took over in 1997 and they use the term "Crafted in Japan" instead.

Some photos would be helpful, plus you can email Fender's customer relations for more information.
