Hey welcome to the forum.
I wish I knew more to have an opinion to me the tuning machines and the bridge don't look right but I'm not 100%

Not sure, could be one of those early eighties Contemporary Strats. Any more detailed pics?

More pics, particularly close-ups of the bridge and of the locking mechanism on the neck would be helpful.

Fender had an MIJ guitar called the "Contemporary Standard" in the mid-80s and they used several different trem units on them. They first used their System 1 trem, then they did use a Kahler fulcrum trem for a while, and the last year or two of the model's run used a Kahler Spyder double-locking trem. Since the Spyder a Floyd Rose License trem those models had an actual locking nut. The Fender System 1 and the Kahler fulcrum trems used string locks behind the nut (which were sometimes removed by owners).

It looks like a Kahler in that photo; it is missing some of the fine tuner knobs. Part of the issue of whether or not this is a factory trem is that those System 1s were prone to having parts get lost. When Fender stopped using them, there were very few spare parts so a common solution was to replace the System 1 trem unit with one of those Kahler fulcrum trems (I believe they fit on the same posts).

Don't forget that the Japanese companies were making Fender copies before they made the deal with Fender.

There are a few things that you could have here:
1. A really old made in Japan Strat.
2. An after market body w/ a Fender Japan neck. I can't imagine anyone taking the trouble to make a fake Fender with a fake Fender Japan decal.
3. A Fender Japan guitar that someone has modified.

This is what I would do. Go to the Fender support section at the top of this website and look up the S/N. Go to a music store or find an expert and look at other actual Fender Strats.

Not if it has a locking nut or a behind-the-nut string clamp. Here's a photo I snagged from that "Fender Strats Made In Japan" website of a "Contemporary Standard" headstock with a System 1 string clamp and no string trees:
