I have most of Dans videos. They are all worth buying if you want his experience.
Its not so much how to bang a fret in. Its the small tips you get and about using a neck tension gauge to simulate string tension etc on problem necks. Don't quote me 100% on the content its been a while since I've seen it.

Of course you might know it all already and not take anything from it.
Nothing beats practice.
