Does anyone know the gauge of the strings on a mex. fat strat, as supplied by the manufacturer? I'm thinking .09-.42 but it does not say in the literature received upon purchase. I inquire because the book says that if new strings exceed factory dimensions then you may have to readjust the string height.

I believe the bullets have a larger E.

Please advise.

Correct, they are .09's.
