Hi everyone!

I just got CS69 pickups installed on my Strat and I'm very happy with it. I asked the guy to be able to get tone control at the bridge lower position, which he did. The issue now is that I have no tone control whatsoever at the middle position, is this normal?

thanks for your help

Yes depending on how he rewired. Some people prefer to Wire the Neck to the first tone and rewire the bride to the second, now leaving the middle wide open like the bridge used to be. However it is possible to wire the bridge and middle to the same tone control so that both can be controlled. He probably just wired it the first way.

It's not a question of "easy". It's an issue of one small jumper wire on the switch -- about two minutes with a soldering pencil.
