ok heres one for you, my hr 57 (scn and tonezone bridge) they r noiseless.
apart from the static, it buzzes in all positions, until i touch the screws on the 5 way switch, tuners :? , bridge and saddles or strings :? .

now i really believe it has a grounding issue, what do you guys think, i will have to take it apart and check the wiring.

I'm pretty sure it's a grounding issue =P
Same thing happened to me. All I needed to fix it was an old guitar string though.

Yes, take it apart and make sure everything is grounded properly. Since you replaced the bridge, check that the trem claw is properly grounded. SCNs are 3-wire pickups, two of those wires (black and green, I believe) need to be grounded.
