Post subject: setting up two point tremelo

I tinkered around on my MIA strat with 2 point trem to the point I find myself lost.

In setting up a 2 point should the two studs be screwed down until baseplate of the bridge is barely touching the surface of the body. Is that the starting point before you float the bridge :?:

I searched the forum a few times and did not hit this subject, although I know someone has bound to have asked this before.
