Hi all, hope you can help. I just put a set of CS Texas Specials in my MIM Strat, and I also want to install a treble bleed network on the volume control. Would you guys have any recommendations for the capacitor and resistor values I should use?
Also, does adding these components have any negative effect on overall tone?
Thanks,
Dave

[THUUUD!!!]... indeed you do! :D

Howdy!

I'd recommend having a read through the thread in the link below....

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=47235&start=15

... Some of the Forum's finest discussing the treble bleed mod and some cunning alternatives that I'm pretty sure you won't find elsewhere. Let us know your thoughts after reading that.

Hope this helps.

Andy

But how then do you fit all the big hair under the helmet/bonnet? Must take you ages in the morning.

P.S.: Is this what is called a thread hi-jack?

Yeah, apologies.

But in all honesty, we're all just training for the next big push when the need arises.

Sleep well, folks.
