From the top:
1) Suspicious color of the maple headstock. Too white.
2) Screaming fake truss rod
3) Too much remaining rosewood before the nut
4) 12th fret dot spacing
5) Neck heel. Looks like a telecaster's neck heel.
6) Wrong placement of the 4th pickguard screw
7) Can't tell for sure but the saddles seem bad fakes too.

The whole thing looks very suspect. I wouldn't touch it

I'm sitting here looking at my 2004 50th aniv american standard in tobbaco burst and that one definitely looks fake. On mine you can see the grain of the wood through the lighter part of the finish and the fade on the edges is a lot softer. I also agree the truss rod hole is completely wrong.

Love the lazy man's truss rod hole.
Also, I really like how the tuners don't match the angle of the headstock.

It's clearly a fake.

I would take it if it cost $5 and it came with that bed. I need it to fill an empty guest room haha.

I think it is a copy made in China.
It is not a original Fender strat guitar.
