i cant find the specs of the normal, OEM, standard fender pickups on a standard HSS strat. does anyone know? i can only find the specs for all the special strat pickups. thanks.

Assuming you mean the pickups from a MIM Standard HSS, the only thing I've found is this.

In the specs tab, it say:
DC Resistance: 6.4K
Inductance: 2.75 Henries

No info in the humbucker though.

I got some stock from 2000 classic series strat and they are alnico 5 with about 5.6 kilo ohms on neck and mid, 5.9 k bridge (single coil). I also have a 2006 came stock with tex mex and it has 6.3k on neck and middle 6.7k on bridge. I like the originals both have different sounds.
