Hi Hollis,me again,I forgot to mention the chiropractor also prescribed one of those silica sand filled "anti-stress"balls that you see in drug store checkouts usually.I just knead and squeeze that while I'm watching television and I've found that it helps greatly too.

Do you play seated, or with the guitar supported by a strap around your neck? I'd be looking at ruling out a cervical spine issue.
