Looks like a normal 2004 American Series/Standard to me with a pickup change.

Not a commemorative edition, they were all 2 colour sunburst. ALL AmStd's AmDlx's that year had the neck plate. Not all were commemorative strats though, only the 2 colour sunbursts were.
