I would like to know:

What is good to clean strings with?

How do I get more sustain? I am starting to lose sustain in most of my strings.

Thanks all.

In my experience, non-gigging people leave their strings on far too long. If you're playing 2 hours a day after two weeks they've pretty much lost their brightness and snap. Dirts built up under them and they've pretty much become stretched out. I change my strings at least every week to 10 days. I love the immediate difference in tone, sustain, clarity and that famous bell like tone strats are famous for.

If you just don't like to change strings for whatever reason, try using a compressor to add sustain. It works wonders.

Completely agree, I change my strings every 2 weeks. I have never cleaned strings to try and bring back sustain.

bluesdude1991, just wipe your strings with a clean dry cloth (and then throw the cloth away when it gets too grungy) when you are done playing it.

When I get lazy I use the "Dr. Stringfellow" cleaner/lubricant but it's better to just change them when they start going dead. It's a pretty much one shot deal since the cleaner/lube will build up and make them worse sooner.
