Here's a link to the thread I started when I received the damaged guitar. It has photos of the damage. On page two of this thread, there is a post by Drock2k1 where he says he received a guitar from Zzounds.com which uses the same warehouse as American Musical Supply and it was damaged in almost the same spot. I was real happy with the service from AMS and would buy from them again, but I think they have a rogue employee. Here's the link:
