hey guys, ive got an hss standard and i'm thinking about changing the fender humbucker in the bridge position to a 'gibson burstbucker pro 3'. would this be ok? or would it be to hot and throw the guitar off balance?

I don't think it would be too hot. Gibson makes sweet pickups. Make sure you have good quality pots though, or you will not reap the full benefits of the new humbucker! :D

Switch the pot to 500k and I think you should be ok, but I can't say for sure
